General planner services for the 2nd construction phase of the expansion, conversion and refurbishment of the listed correctional facility (JVA) Regensburg. The measure includes the core refurbishment of the north and central buildings (EGB-55 standard) and the new construction of the east wing with an integrated sports hall (EGB-40 standard).
