Additional Ground Investigations for Tikkurila Health and Social Center

Additional ground investigations for the site of the new Tikkurila Health and Social Center: Supplementation of investigations conducted in 2020–2021 to reduce uncertainties regarding soil conditions and support the design and evaluation of structural solutions. The investigations focus on soil contamination (PIMA), geotechnical properties of clay layers, and the location of the rock surface and bedrock. The service includes investigation planning, execution of field investigations (including borings, sampling, groundwater observations, and other geotechnical soil investigations), delivery of investigation data, and preparation of required analyses and reports. The goal is to provide reliable and consistent baseline data for risk management and further planning. One supplier will be selected, plus one reserve supplier. Estimated value: approx. 60,000 euros.
