Total demolition with hazardous material remediation for school building

Total demolition of a four-story school building with approx. 3,696 m² gross floor area and approx. 10,902 m³ enclosed space, following hazardous material remediation and gutting, including foundations, deep foundations, and floor ducts, as a lump sum. Hazardous material remediation in black areas according to TRGS 519: asbestos-containing floor coverings and adhesives approx. 2,000 m², plasterboard walls and ceilings with asbestos-containing fillers approx. 550 m², mineral wool insulation (artificial mineral fibers) in floors, walls, and ceilings approx. 2,700 m² as well as on pipelines approx. 1,150 m, tar-containing insulation, coverings, and sealants approx. 1,320 m². Disposal of approx. 130 t of hazardous waste (asbestos, artificial mineral fibers, tar-containing products). Demolition of outdoor facilities: paved areas of cobblestones and slabs approx. 870 m², asphalt approx. 195 t, 21 tree felling, clearing of shrubs approx. 1,100 m², construction of a construction road approx. 180 m². Dismantling of technical building equipment (sanitary, heating, electrical). Removal of windows, exterior doors, and facade elements approx. 1,000 m²; demolition of suspended ceilings approx. 2,840 m²; demolition of screed and floor structures approx. 2,730 m²; demolition of roof structures approx. 1,660 m²; demolition of the trapezoidal sheet metal roof construction including steel substructure approx. 275 m². Disposal of construction debris approx. 4,400 t; disposal of polystyrene insulation from roof structures approx. 10 t. Installation of a construction fence approx. 335 m.
