Structural engineering planning for the renovation, energetic refurbishment, and extension of the Michael-Ende-School in Neuss: demolition of an existing administration building and its replacement with a new structure, extension of the existing circulation structure with a new building, energetic refurbishment of the existing building. The gross floor area (GFA) of the new building is approximately 3,400 m². The overall measure is to be completed by September 30, 2029. Planning for interim solutions and relocation is not part of the scope. Funding regulations according to EnSanRR must be considered.
