Conception and execution of internal training measures for personnel development, specialized topics, leadership, methods, and behavioral competence for employees and managers of NRW.BANK: Consideration of current methodological/didactic trends and flexible, digital learning forms. A framework agreement with presumably 8 lots is being tendered, with lots announced sequentially in 2026/27. This procedure concerns Lot 4: Self-leadership/self-organization, stress management & resilience. Individual orders for multiple contractors will be awarded via mini-competitions.
