Drywall and interior plastering works for the sanitary and heating renovation at Klinikum Nürnberg Campus Nord, H 47: Construction of a new heating center in the unused attic with district heating connection, installation of a new pumped hot water distribution network, renewal of existing radiators, renovation of sanitary cores and kitchenettes, and renewal of the cold and wastewater network. Drywall works include approximately 44 units of drywall shafts/wall casings for heating pipe cladding (room-height), approximately 200 m² of drywall furring, approximately 75 m² of drywall installation walls with reinforced studs, approximately 290 m² of wide-span ceiling beams, and approximately 178 m² of drywall grid ceiling with inserted mineral fiber panels. Interior plastering works comprise approximately 175 m² of interior plaster on wall surfaces and approximately 13 units of interior insulation with plaster for radiator niches and reveals. The renovation will be carried out in several construction phases during ongoing operation.
