Suspended ceilings including access panels: approx. 35,000,000 m² for the new building of the German Heart Center Charité (DHZC) including Central Emergency Room (ZNA) and Central Sterile Supply Department (ZSVA) at Campus Virchow-Klinikum (CVK). The new building comprises approx. 29,800 m² usable area, approx. 75,600 m² gross floor area, and approx. 355,000 m³ gross volume, spread over 16 upper floors and 2 basements. A sustainability certification according to the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) in 'Gold' level is aimed for. Special requirements according to the Berlin Public Procurement Act (BerlAVG) apply.
