Installation of suspended ceilings including access panels: approx. 35,000,000 m² for the new building of the German Heart Center Charité (DHZC) at Campus Virchow-Klinikum (CVK). The new building comprises a total usable area of approx. 29,800 m², a gross floor area of approx. 75,600 m², and a gross volume of approx. 355,000 m³, distributed over 16 upper floors and 2 basements. A DGNB Gold sustainability certification is aimed for. Special requirements according to the Berlin Public Procurement Act (BerlAVG) apply.
