Drywall Construction for Indoor Shooting Range

Drywall construction for the new indoor shooting range: approximately 1,480 m² of ceiling cladding for sound and rebound protection, including substructures made of perforated aluminum sheets (0.8 mm) and acoustic layers of polyester fiber panels (50/1500, building material class B1); approximately 51 units of ceiling inspection hatches 500 x 500 mm; approximately 15 units of inspection hatches 1000 x 400 mm; approximately 227 units for the supply and installation of pre-fabricated luminaire panels including standard LED luminaires; 760 m² of wall cladding for sound and rebound protection, including substructures made of perforated aluminum sheets (0.8 mm) and acoustic layers of polyester fiber panels (25x1800, 25x2000, building material class B1). Required are proofs of acoustic quality (reflection class RK 10 or higher, tested according to DIN EN 1793-5 by an accredited laboratory according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025), bullet resistance and rebound behavior of wall and ceiling cladding (positively tested by a state testing authority for weapons and safety technology according to Bundeswehr testing instructions version 4), and positively tested ceiling lighting that does not degrade the acoustic classification.
