For the old building, approximately 170 m² suspended mineral fiber ceiling as visible grid ceiling with room acoustic properties, approximately 250 m² suspended plasterboard ceiling (partially with fire protection requirements), approximately 120 m² F90A fire protection cladding on beams, approximately 300 m² partition walls of various thicknesses and requirements, approximately 30 m² pre-wall constructions, approximately 420 m² interior insulation, 2 units pull-down stairs, and approximately 400 m² insulation for the top floor ceiling.
