Drywall works for two 4-story new buildings (administration building with 2,295 sqm usable area and library with 10,969 sqm usable area): Delivery and installation of interior doors, interior windows, glass system partition walls, mobile partition walls, acoustic curtains, WC partition walls, and raised access floors. For the administration building: site setup; 2,265 sqm plasterboard walls (d=10 to 15 cm), 219 sqm plasterboard double-stud walls (d=16 to 50 cm); approx. 100 sqm shaft walls F90 (d=12.5 to 15 cm), 268 sqm acoustic plasterboard pre-walls, 104 sqm perforated acoustic wall panels; 283 sqm shaft walls (d=7.5 to 12.5 cm) as pre-walls; approx. 30 sqm dry plaster; 485 m sliding ceiling connections, 405 m UA profiles (b=50 to 150 mm), 67 pieces trusses, 111 m slanted wall connections; 157 pieces door openings, 388 pieces round and 425 pieces angular openings for HVAC trades; 1,055 sqm suspended plasterboard ceilings, 1,635 sqm perforated ceilings, 134 sqm self-supporting plasterboard ceilings, 78 pieces inspection hatches; 1,354 kg square hollow profiles for installation in plasterboard walls, 240 pieces telescopic supports for installation in plasterboard walls, 96 m fire protection claddings F90 for supports; three acoustic and blackout curtains (L=approx. 6 to 10 m); 136 pieces wooden doors with HPL overlay and steel frames (with fittings), 10 pieces 1-2 leaf fire protection doors EI 30 with wooden block frames (with fittings); 14 pieces interior windows in monoblock construction (approx. 2.8 to 7 sqm); 49.5 sqm WC partition walls made of laminate composite element, 12 doors; approx. 800 sqm raised access floors F30 made of fiber-reinforced calcium sulfate material, 117 pieces inspection openings 60 x 60 cm. For the library: site setup; 7,075 sqm plasterboard walls (d=10 to 12.5 cm), 941 sqm plasterboard walls (d=15 to 20 cm), 140 sqm plasterboard double-stud walls (d=33 to 39 cm); 293 sqm shaft walls F30 to F90 (d=10 to 12.5 cm); 1,503 sqm pre-walls (d=10 cm), 1,412 sqm freestanding pre-wall on the inside of the exterior wall; approx. 400 sqm dry plaster; approx. 490 m sliding ceiling connections, 2,032 m UA profiles (b=50 to 150 mm), 249 pieces trusses, 615 m slanted wall connections, 5,370 m wall-flush mounted aluminum skirting boards; 71 pieces inspection hatches, 205 pieces door openings, 984 pieces round and 1,106 pieces angular openings for HVAC trades; 2,387 sqm suspended plasterboard ceilings, 2,795 sqm perforated ceilings, 3,074 sqm suspended; further items as per the tender documents.
