Drywall Construction for BSZ Radeberg Dormitory

Drywall construction for the creation of new, contemporary, and partially accessible shower rooms in an existing three-story building of the "Junges Wohnen" dormitory at the Radeberg Vocational School Center, Robert-Blum-Weg 3, 01454 Radeberg. The scope includes wall constructions with 22 m² single-stud walls, 19 m² single-stud walls as fire walls, 4 m² double-stud walls, 62 m² installation pre-walls and encasements, 50 m² surcharge for cement-bound drywall panels, as well as trade-specific works and surcharges. Furthermore, 47 m² of smooth GKBI suspended ceiling, unperforated, with adjustable direct hangers are planned for ceilings. Attic insulation involves 428 m² cleaning, 326 m² mineral wool thermal insulation (non-walkable), 104 m² pressure-resistant insulation (walkable), and 104 m² chipboards. For partition systems, 10 m of WC partitions (front, intermediate walls) and 6 doors in WC partitions are to be provided. Execution is expected from 12.10. to 12.11.2026 under a restricted tender procedure without a call for competition (VOB/A); the participant group has already been determined.
