Drum screening machine for bioenergy center
Delivery of a drum screening machine for sieving woody fractions after composting to produce contaminant-free compost (0-12 mm) at the Königsbühl Bioenergy Center of Göttinger Entsorgungsbetriebe: The machine must comply with current German and European standards and regulations. Documentation includes operating manuals and spare parts lists (2x paper, digital), service/inspection books, and CE conformity declaration. Delivery is directly to the client, with a one-day instruction for 7-10 employees on two dates. A full warranty of at least 24 months or 2,000 operating hours is required. Technical requirements include a central lubrication unit, an electro-hydraulic drive (max. 75 kW) with IE4 three-phase motor and 125 A plug connection. The chassis is a 2-axle central axle trailer with EU road approval (80 km/h), brake system including EBS, lighting according to EC directive, 50 mm EC towing eye, transport height max. 4.0 m, support legs at the front (both sides), and a hydraulic support at the rear right. The feed hopper has a volume of min. 5 m³ and a loading edge width of min. 3.50 m; discharge heights for coarse fraction min. 3.40 m (30 degrees) and fine fraction min. 3.45 m (30 degrees). A 3-sided removable hopper extension, load-dependent material feed, and a reversible hopper are specified. A hydraulically foldable cleaning brush with scrapers (arranged on the right) is required. Discharge belts have a width of min. 1,000 mm and a length of min. 5,500 mm, are hot-dip galvanized, with standard scrapers, hydraulically foldable, the fine grain belt is positioned on the right; side and rear belt speed are adjustable via hydraulic flow divider, a magnetic roller for coarse fraction is integrated. The control panel includes a radio remote control, steplessly adjustable screen drum and hopper belt speed. The screen unit/drum has 12 mm and 40 mm offset square perforations, a screen area of min. 30 m², a material thickness of 6 mm, is an all-steel drum, and is reversible. Occupational safety measures include emergency stop switches, acoustic start-up warning, access protection, additional movable spotlights, and a potential-free contact for a higher-level emergency stop circuit.
