Takeover and Recycling of Light Packaging and Similar Non-Packaging Materials

Takeover, transport, sorting, and recycling of recyclables: light packaging (LVP) and similar non-packaging materials (sNVP) for collected quantities from a sub-area of the city of Göttingen. The scope of services includes all necessary services for the takeover and final recycling/disposal of the mixture, specifically the takeover at the Königsbühl disposal center, transport to treatment facilities, high-quality recycling of the collected recyclables mixture, recycling or disposal of all products, residues, foreign materials, and contaminants arising from treatment, and complete documentation of the taken-over recyclables. Quantities of liquid cartons must be documented and reported monthly. The collected mixture of LVP and sNVP is taken over without separation; quality is fluctuating, price adjustments for changes in quality or quantity are excluded. The underlying collected quantity is approximately 1,150 Mg per year, with complete takeover and recycling required even for higher or lower quantities. Sorting and high-quality recycling of recyclables, including contaminants and foreign materials, whose disposal costs must be included in the bid price, is the contractor's responsibility. The service obligation includes the complete marketing/recycling of treatment products and disposal of all other treatment residues. Liquid cartons (0510 liquid cartons) must be sorted out and provided free of charge to dual system operators at the sorting facility according to product specification (Annex 1). Transports must be carried out with technically sound systems, in compliance with all legal regulations (waste law, occupational safety law); the use of truck combinations with at least EURO VI emission standards is required.
