Printing and information services: Provision of multifunction devices (emphasizing A4-sized devices) for printing and scanning, document workflow control, and related support and additional services such as secure printing, management solutions, color and supply solutions, and an ordering system. The focus is on cost-effective A4 printing devices, X-archive scanning (healthcare XDS solutions) for individual devices as agreed, GDPR compliance, and support and maintenance services. This procurement does not include printing paper, print jobs, or printing services (e.g., digital and offset printing). An option to extend to USB-connected printers is possible during the negotiation procedure. The contract duration is two (2) years fixed term, then indefinite. This is a joint procurement by Numera Palvelut Oy and its client communities, with a single supplier. further items as per the tender documents.
