Gymnasium construction for Gödöllő Reformed Lyceum: Construction of a gymnasium (building C) on the property Szabadság tér 9, Gödöllő, with an enclosed area of 33.50 m x 30 m, comprising ground floor, upper floor, and attic. The built-up area is 1,002.97 m², and the usable area is 1,539.24 m². Foundations are well foundations with head beams. The structural system consists of precast reinforced concrete columns and beams, with 30 cm thick Silka HML 300 NF+GT lime-sand brick infill masonry and a span of 20.92 m. The roof structure includes 5.0 cm concrete paving slabs (40x40x5 cm); one layer of 1.8 mm thick, mechanically fixed, UV- and weather-resistant (MSZ EN 13956), polyester-reinforced, multi-layer, special quality PVC waterproofing (e.g., SikaPlan G-18), loosely laid with 5 cm overlaps, continuously sealed with at least 3 cm hot air welding (white - RAL 9016); one layer of 120 g/m² plastic fleece separating layer, loosely laid with 15 cm overlaps (S-Glass Fleece 120); 8 cm inhomogeneous rock wool thermal insulation board (Rockwool Durock); 18 cm homogeneous rock wool thermal insulation board (Rockwool Roofrock 60); one layer of 0.6 mm thick self-adhesive composite aluminum foil for vapor protection (e.g., RW Bautech Alutrix 600); 15.3 cm T153 galvanized steel trapezoidal sheet ceiling (according to structural plan) with Rockwool SF 50 acoustic rib infill element, built on statically dimensioned precast reinforced concrete beams; 5 cm two-layer composite (rock wool core + /Heraklith/ wood wool top layer) acoustic ceiling cladding (Tektalan A2 037). Coverings: Graboplast StrongAir sports parquet (EN 13849 multi-layer parquet with 5.2 mm thick hardwood top layer); changing rooms, corridors: cold tiling. Exterior wall cladding: double standing seam 0.7 mm thick, coil coating aluminum sheet covering (e.g., Prefalz system) with seam spacing of 600-150 mm, in RAL 7005 light grey, with 15 cm black glass fleece laminated, fully hydrophobized rock wool thermal insulation, Matrix premium facade cladding. Mechanical systems: Heating in changing rooms: 2 HOVAL Baleria (20) outdoor/indoor heat pumps for cooling/heating, split system, air-water heat pumps (inverter) with 9 kW each, with underfloor heating. Gymnasium: 2 Roof-top compact air handling units, each with an air volume of V=6,000 m³/h, Dp st= 200 Pa, with heat recovery. Connection of control automation to the control system of the existing building D. Options include sports technology with 6 ball stop nets 3.00 x 4.80 and various Metalobox changing room benches (16 double-sided 1600x2000x740, 12 single-sided 1600x1500x360, 4 single-sided 1600x2000x360, 2 benches 450x1500x330, 2 benches 450x1000x330) and changing room cabinets (2x 800x1200x500, 2x 800x900x500, 2x 800x600x500). Building automation includes field devices such as 1 external temperature sensor, 24 water temperature sensors, 3 pressure switches, 2 immersion/contact limiting thermostats; 1 DDC substation EA1 in the central heating distributor; 1 building management software package and 1 supervision PC. Cable installations include 30 linear meters of UV-resistant corrugated conduit, 20 linear meters of indoor cable support structure RKS100*60mm, 150 linear meters of MÜII protective conduit, 700 linear meters of YSLY-Jz 3x1.5 mm² cable, 1,000 linear meters of J-Y(St)Y 2x2x0.8 mm² signal cable, 600 linear meters of LiYCY 3x1mm² signal cable, cable connections on both sides (1 set); 23 KKMO field lockout switches for pumps; 50 m electric pipe trace heating 30W/m; equipotential bonding (EPH) inside the machine room (1 set); 1 MCC1 building central heating power automation distribution cabinet. Further services include the preparation of system-specific plans (1 set), user programs (1 set), graphical schemes (1 set), commissioning and test runs (1 set), training of operating personnel (1 set), handover documentation (1 set), project management and organizational costs (1 set), and electrical safety measurement and protocol (1 set).
