Services are organized in the Oulu region employment area, comprising the municipalities of Hailuoto, Ii, Kempele, Liminka, Lumijoki, Muhos, Oulu, Pudasjärvi, Tyrnävä, Utajärvi, and Vaala. The DPS is valid until December 31, 2036, with the possibility of shortening or extension. There is no commitment to specific purchase quantities.
