Translation Services for Forums and Project Activities

Translation services: Online simultaneous translation, booth simultaneous translation with 60 IR receivers, written translations (Polish-English), and Polish Sign Language (PJM) translation for webinars (Local Development Forums) and project documents. This includes 2 blocks of online simultaneous translation (Polish-English, 2 translators), 2 blocks of booth simultaneous translation (Polish-English, 2 translators) for hybrid webinars with 60 IR receivers, and PJM translation for online webinars (Zoom, ClickMeeting, Teams). For written translations, an estimated 100 "normal" pages and 50 "express" pages (Polish-English) are planned. The specified quantities are estimates; the client guarantees the utilization of at least 65% of the contract value. An option for additional services up to 20% of the total value is included, with a notice period of at least 3 days for written translations and 14 days for simultaneous translations. Additional IR receivers can be ordered optionally in packages of 10 units, with a maximum of 3 packages per event. There is no requirement for an employment contract for the personnel.
