Translation Services for Suojelupoliisi

Translation services for texts produced by Suojelupoliisi (Finnish Security Intelligence Service), such as brochures, press releases, and internet pages, for the specified language pairs. Services primarily involve translations from Finnish to other languages, occasionally vice versa, as well as language review, express translations, and authorized translations. Specialization in public administration terminology, legal texts, and societal and security sector terminology is required. The procurement is divided into lots; one supplier will be selected per lot, and one supplier may be awarded both lots. The selected supplier must name personnel per language pair, including a backup translator for the main language pair and a customer service manager. Sufficient staff or subcontractors must be available to ensure service during absences. The actual workload cannot be determined in advance, is unevenly distributed throughout the year, and may vary between contract years; translation lengths range from half a page to dozens of pages.
