Monitoring and Adaptation of the E-Paper Collection for the German National Library

Quality assurance for the automated e-paper collection of the German National Library: continuous monitoring and adaptation of processes for complete and error-free retrieval of daily editions, including manual retrieval in case of errors; adaptation of collection scope and maintenance of title configurations (initial configuration, reconfiguration, deactivation); provision, setup, and operation of a JIRA-based task management system that converts emails into tickets and is editable for all involved parties (5 DNB employees require access). Contract duration from 01.02.2027 for 2 years, with two extension options of 24 months each. A three-month probationary period (01.02.2027 – 30.04.2027) is included. An optional two-week onboarding for 2 to 5 persons (1 week introduction, 1 week system training) is offered from 01.11.2026 – 31.01.2027, at the Frankfurt am Main location or online; further items as per the tender documents.
