Long-term lease and operation of a company vehicle fleet

Long-term lease and full-service fleet operation of a road vehicle fleet for MVM Főgáz Földgázhálózati Kft. and MVM Égáz-Dégáz Földgázhálózati Kft.: a total of 104 vehicles, comprising a base quantity of 84 vehicles (4 passenger cars, 80 commercial vehicles) and an option for up to 20 additional vehicles (passenger cars and/or commercial vehicles). The distribution includes 43 vehicles plus 10 optional for MVM Főgáz Földgázhálózati Kft. and 41 vehicles plus 10 optional for MVM Égáz-Dégáz Földgázhálózati Kft. Fleet operation services include vehicle ordering, registration and handover, long-term vehicle leasing, insurance claims handling, organization of seasonal tire changes, tire maintenance and repair, maintenance and repair services, assistance services, reporting, payment of taxes and duties (excluding company car tax and vehicle tax/weight tax), and official administration. Only new vehicles are accepted, defined as never having been registered in Hungary or abroad, nor used as demo or test vehicles. Delivery of the new vehicles to the specified locations is included. The tender is subject to Hungarian Government Decree 397/2022 (X. 20.) on promoting the procurement of clean road vehicles.
