Steel windows and doors for conversion of Alte Weberei into KreativCampus

Steel windows and doors: Windows comprise 57 steel frames (50× refurbishment of existing windows, 2× replica analogous to existing, 5× new for basement) with 31× turn, 20× fixed glazing, and 6× tilt sash opening types. Glazing consists of 47× normal glass (D = 5 mm), 3× opaque, and 5× double insulated glazing with thermally improved edge bond, plus 2× replica analogous to existing. The surface is powder-coated DB 703 iron glimmer matt. Special cases include 2× existing windows with axial fan, 1× window to be installed rotated, and 1× existing window to be relocated. Demolition of 1 piece window (1.38 × 1.40) is planned. Exterior doors total 15 steel units (2 in -1. basement, 8 on 0. ground floor, 1 on 2. upper floor, 4 on 3. attic floor) with 13× corner frames and 2× block frames. There are 11 single-leaf and 4 double-leaf doors, including 1 piece with fixed glazed transom and 2 pieces with segmental arch form. Fire protection T 30 is required for 4 pieces, of which 4 additionally have smoke protection requirements (RS). 9 pieces are designed as escape route/panic lock doors. Burglary resistance is RC2 for 10 pieces, 5 pieces without requirement. Sound insulation is required for 5 pieces (1× 48 dB, 1× Rw 57 dB, 1× 37 dB, 2× 32 dB). All 15 pieces feature a SimonsVoss locking system.
