Reconstruction of sanitary sewage networks and connections: total length 749.14 m, including 518.26 m of Ø 200 mm PVC pipes and 230.88 m of Ø 160 mm PVC pipes. The scope of services includes all costs for works, materials, transport, site security, permits, administrative fees, road occupation, geodesic services, post-construction geodesic inventory, and site restoration. Materials must comply with project documentation and technical specifications and possess required certificates. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all permits and paying fees, providing geodesic services and inventory. Warranty is 36 months for construction works and materials. After completion, the site must be cleared, restored to its original condition, and written confirmations from property owners obtained. As-built documentation must be submitted. Equivalent solutions for branded products are permissible. For the entire contract duration, employment under a contract of employment is required for operators of heavy construction equipment and persons performing installation work and water network renovation work.
