Reconstruction of Tram Line on Legionów and Zielona Streets with Power and Stop Infrastructure and Water Network Modernization

Design, construction works, and author's supervision for the reconstruction of the existing tram line, the road system for public transport, the construction and reconstruction of associated infrastructure of all trades, landscaping, as well as the execution of power and stop infrastructure (MCI tasks) and the modernization of the water supply network (ZWiK tasks). Task 1 (MCI): Modernization of the tram network at the intersection of Legionów, Kasprzaka, Włókniarzy, and Zielona streets, including sections of Legionów from the intersection to ul. Konstantynowskiej (railway viaduct), Konstantynowskiej from ul. Legionów (railway viaduct) to al. Unii Lubelskiej with the intersection. Task 2 (MCI): Modernization of the tram network in ul. Zielona from the intersection to ul. Żeromskiego without the intersection, including necessary sections of cross streets. Task 3 (MCI): Modernization of the tram network in ul. Zielona from ul. Żeromskiego (with the intersection) to ul. Wólczańskiej (without the intersection). Task 4 (MCI): Modernization of the tram network in ul. Legionów from ul. Kasprzaka (without the intersection) to ul. Żeligowskiego (with the intersection). Task 5 (ZWiK): Modernization of the water supply network including connections in ul. Legionów in the section from ul. Żeligowskiego to Al. Włókniarzy. Task 6 (ZWiK): Modernization of the water supply network including connections in ul. Zielona in the section from ul. Legionów to ul. Wólczańskiej. Implementation includes environmental protection and waste reduction, covering material delivery management to prevent site storage, work area management to reduce negative environmental impact, creation and ongoing updates of a waste management plan, thorough site cleanup after completion, and recultivation of green areas. Modernization is understood as the upgrading of fixed assets to increase their utility value, falling within the scope of reconstruction or expansion as per the Construction Law of July 7, 1994.
