Construction works: Conversion of the annex of the former ZŠ Náměstí primary school in Kopřivnice into a residential building and conversion of the main building into a municipal library. The annex conversion involves comprehensive reconstruction with a change of use to a residential building, including a superstructure, underground parking, and related technical and transport infrastructure. This includes demolition works, modifications to load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures, replacement of openings, insulation and renovation of the building, new technical and technological building equipment, domestic distribution systems, connections to utility networks, rainwater management facilities, construction of paved areas, landscaping and vegetation. The main building conversion to a library involves comprehensive reconstruction with transformation into a municipal library with facilities for visitors and staff, including spaces for cultural, educational, and leisure activities. This includes construction and renovation works, modifications to load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures, replacement of openings, removal of wall moisture, repair and renovation of plaster, restoration of stucco plastics and facade elements, replacement of roof covering, addition of historical replicas, replacement or professional treatment of damaged wooden structures, new technical and technological building equipment, domestic distribution systems, connections to utility networks, construction of paved areas, landscaping and vegetation. Both projects include further construction, assembly, and technological works as per project documentation.
