Reconstruction of Tax Office Building in Krosno for Energy Efficiency Improvement

Construction works for the reconstruction of the Tax Office building in Krosno, Składowa 5, to improve energy efficiency: reconstruction of the existing building according to building permit no. 114/2024 dated 15.07.2024, demolition of the central heating chimney on plot no. 383/7 according to demolition permit no. 113/2024 dated 15.07.2024, based on documentation by Karol Bulanda. External wall insulation, insulation of ventilated and solid flat roofs, external wall insulation at ground level, damp-proofing, dismantling and installation of new window and door joinery in a "warm installation" system according to audit requirements, installation of window opening sensors, construction of a mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation system with heat recovery, installation of a ventilation unit on the roof, construction of a Building Management System (BMS), reconstruction of the central heating boiler room (dismantling old boilers and installing new gas-fired condensing boilers with accessories and flue gas discharge system), creation of a new central heating installation with insulated pipes and installation of new radiators with thermostatic valves, dismantling and installation of air conditioning components (outdoor and indoor units, wiring), installation of an outdoor unit on the roof, lighting modernization including replacement of luminaires with LED luminaires and wiring, installation of a photovoltaic system, creation of a new roof covering (asphalt felt), accompanying finishing works (painting, plastering, restoration to original state), external works (dismantling, demolition, reassembly), installation and restoration of the lightning protection system, demolition of a chimney, reinforced concrete structure and restoration of a retaining wall, installation of stainless steel balustrades, installation of gutters and downpipes, installation of ventilation grilles. Within the scope of non-eligible funds: installation of roof safety anchors.
