Renovation of the Tax Office Building in Tarnobrzeg for Energy Efficiency Improvement

Construction works for the renovation of the Tax Office building in Tarnobrzeg, ul. Wyspiańskiego 12: Wall insulation, waterproofing of foundation walls, dismantling of existing window and door joinery, installation of new door joinery according to audit guidelines, installation of new window joinery with window opening sensors, external sills, and external railings, construction of a mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation system with heat recovery, installation of a ventilation unit on the roof, modernization of the central heating system (complete replacement, installation of insulation valves and other required devices, installation of thermostatic valves, supply and installation of an automation system for optimal regulation), construction of a Building Management System (BMS), dismantling of existing air conditioning components (external and internal units, wiring), installation of a new air conditioning system, installation of an external AC unit on the roof, lighting modernization including replacement of luminaires with LED luminaires and wiring, installation of a photovoltaic system (roof-mounted panels) with energy storage, construction works based on fire expertise and provisions of the Provincial Fire Commander, roof renovation, renovation of the side and main building canopies, restoration of pavement around the building related to the bumper strip, external works (demolition, dismantling, and reassembly of facade elements), associated finishing works (painting, plastering, cladding for restoration to original condition), installation of door closers in selected internal doors, lightning protection system, installation of anchor points on chimneys. Works are to be carried out according to building permit No. 69/24 dated 18.07.2024 and documentation by mgr inż. arch. Karol Bulanda.
