Renovation of the Collegium Iuridicum building with Paramuseum space on the ground floor: Required personnel include 1 person with an unlimited structural-building construction license and at least 18 months of experience in construction work on immovable historical monuments, 1 person with an unlimited electrical installation license, 1 person with an unlimited HVAC, gas, water, and sewage installation license, 1 person with an unlimited telecommunications installation license, and 1 person with a conservation and restoration work license or the ability to perform independently as per Art. 37a of the Act on Protection of Monuments. Additionally, bidders must demonstrate at least two completed construction contracts for the renovation/reconstruction of public buildings within the last 6 years, with at least one contract valued at not less than 15,000,000.00 PLN gross and at least one other contract valued at not less than 10,000,000.00 PLN gross. At least one of these projects must have involved a historical monument. The scope of each reference project must include general construction, finishing works (including structural), sanitary installations (including mechanical ventilation and air conditioning), electrical installations, and low-current installations (including fire alarm system, access control, LAN, smoke extraction). Civil liability insurance of at least 15,000,000.00 PLN is required.
