Renovation of Tax Office Building Lubaczów for Energy Efficiency Improvement

Notice title: Przebudowa budynku Urzędu Skarbowego w Lubaczowie w ramach zadania: „Przebudowa w celu poprawy efektywności energetycznej budynku Urzędu Skarbowego w Lubaczowie przy ul. Jana III Sobieskiego 6”.

Construction works for the renovation of the Tax Office building in Lubaczów, Jana III Sobieskiego 6, aimed at improving energy efficiency. The guaranteed scope of services includes: external wall insulation, floor slab insulation, renovation of external partitions and building ceilings for mechanical ventilation installation, including creation of openings for ventilation ducts, construction of a photovoltaic system on the roof with 21.8 kWp power, installation of a mechanical ventilation system with a roof-mounted central unit, installation of an air conditioning system including two outdoor units on the roof, installation of a Building Management System (BMS), replacement of window and door joinery according to audit guidelines, using "warm installation" method and window opening sensors, roof renovation including replacement of roof truss, covering and roofing, along with roof surface finishing with EPDM membrane, renovation of the gas boiler room including dismantling of old boilers and boiler system, and installation of new gas-fired condensing boilers with accessories, installation of a new central heating system with insulated pipes and new radiators equipped with thermostatic valves, renovation of the domestic hot water system and installation of a storage tank in the boiler room with control fittings, dismantling of existing air conditioning components (outdoor units, indoor units, wiring), renovation of internal and external lighting, including replacement of luminaires with LED luminaires and wiring replacement, associated finishing works (painting, plastering, restoration to original condition), steel structures for suspended ceilings and archive stairs, replacement of floor coverings in rooms specified in the documentation, sheet metal works and other construction works (e.g., chimney flashing, sealing of ventilation ducts, delivery and installation of nesting boxes), demolition and restoration works (e.g., dismantling and reassembly of flag holders, signs and markings, balustrades and barriers), lightning protection system, hydrant system. Optional services include: Option I: construction and assembly works for the supply and installation of internal window sills and the manufacture and installation of new window grilles inside the server room; Option II: construction and assembly works for the installation of suspended aluminum grid ceilings on a metal frame; Option III: finishing construction works, including plaster repairs, priming, gypsum plastering, and painting of entire rooms.
