Reconstruction and expansion of a wastewater treatment plant in Olsztyn near Częstochowa, Storczykowa Street: Works must ensure the continuous operation of the wastewater treatment plant. It is recommended that the first stage involves construction for the expansion (new facility) to enable the biological treatment process and obtain a partial operating permit, followed by the remaining construction works. Any shutdowns or changes to equipment cycles must be agreed upon with the City and Municipality of Olsztyn and Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Okręgu Częstochowskiego S.A., and approved in writing by the Supervision Inspector. The project is co-financed by the City and Municipality of Olsztyn and Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Okręgu Częstochowskiego S.A. Bids must present separate costs for reconstruction (Part A) and expansion (Part B); partial bids are not permitted. Reconstruction (Part A) is financed by Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Okręgu Częstochowskiego S.A., while expansion (Part B) is financed by the City and Municipality of Olsztyn, partly with EU funds and a BGK loan under the Green Transformation of Cities program. Two separate contracts will be concluded, one with each contracting authority, which will each settle separate invoices. A mandatory site visit is required before submitting an offer.
