Reconstruction and Modernization of Hospital Buildings for Psychiatric Care

Reconstruction, modernization, and adaptation of hospital pavilions No. 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, and 17: The service includes the design and execution of construction works, including installations, landscaping, and preparation for the installation of fixed equipment. The aim is to improve the technical condition and functionality to increase the availability of psychiatric services while preserving historical and architectural values. The contract involves developing a multidisciplinary spatial concept, complete project documentation (including conservation work), obtaining all necessary permits (building permit, monument protection), performing construction and, if applicable, conservation works, landscaping with connections and technical infrastructure, delivery and installation of fixed, built-in, and technological equipment, as well as conducting tests, commissioning, staff training, and preparing as-built documentation. A staging concept to ensure continuity of operations must be developed.
