Reconstruction of Track Systems and Infrastructure, incl. Railway Control Devices, for Railway Lines 408 and 409 near Szczecin

Reconstruction of track systems and associated infrastructure, including railway traffic control devices (srk), for railway lines 408 (Szczecin Główny – Stobno Szczecińskie, from km 3.675 to km 7.100, including freight group), 409 (Szczecin Gumieńce – state border, from km 0.115 to km 10.069, including freight group), 433 (Szczecin Główny – Szczecin Gumieńce, from km 2.806 to km 3.145), and 851 (Szczecin Wstowo – Szczecin Gumieńce, from km 0.400 to km 2.309). The scope includes the construction of a connecting track (track 301) at Szczecin Gumieńce station between lines 408 and 409. Task A (construction works): Track works, platforms, catenary, 15kV non-traction line, electro-energetics up to 1kV, drainage, sanitary installations/networks/devices, road system, engineering structures, cubature objects, geotechnics, dendrology, reconstruction of ditches and watercourses related to engineering structures, small architecture and landscaping, and construction of environmental protection facilities. Task B (design and construction works): Railway traffic control devices (srk), construction and reconstruction of telecommunication networks and devices, optimization of track geometry for line 433 and modernization of srk devices at Szczecin Wzgórze Hetmańskie station, including lines 432 and 433, and an additional turnout crossing between railway line 408 and railway line 351 at Szczecin Główny station. Additionally, an interface option and the preparation of as-built documentation are included, comprising technical regulations, geodetic as-built documentation (line picketage, longitudinal profile, acceptance protocols for track axis regulation marks, numerical situational and elevation map with geodetic as-built inventory), documentation for the railway's basic and special geodetic control networks, and new diagrams for operating points and dispatch points. The implementation period is 42 months from contract signing. Completion of the basic scope (excluding the interface option) is scheduled within 34 months. Completion of optional services 1 and 2 (if activated) is within 15 months from activation, respectively. Permits for structural subsystems of the basic scope must be delivered within 8 months after final acceptance, and for activated options also within 8 months after their final acceptance. The interface option has a duration of at least 6 months and a maximum of 4 years from activation, activatable during the construction and warranty period, but no later than the end of the warranty period for srk facilities.
