Environmental Technical Assessment for Demolition of B400, A44 Sontra Ost to Wommener Dreieck

Pollutant cadastre and environmental technical investigations: Creation of a pollutant cadastre and environmental technical investigations as input for the planning of the demolition of areas of the base network (B 400) in connection with the new construction of the A44. This includes the environmental technical assessment of the road facility to be broken up, preparation and execution of all environmental technical laboratory investigations, and the preparation of expert reports (services according to HOAI 2021, Annex 1, Point 1.3) for the partial demolition of the B400 (approx. 4.3 km) and an area at the former semi-interchange Wommen. The existing superstructure and shoulder areas are to be partially demolished, and edge areas are to be reconstructed. Chemical analyses according to the Substitute Building Materials Ordinance (EBV) are to be prepared, including complete investigations to determine physical parameters and bearing capacity through field investigations (small boreholes, 1m deep) and an environmental chemical declaration analysis according to EBV. All results are to be summarized in an environmental technical report assessing the chemical recycling situation. The partial demolition of the B 400 (K 9) to RQ 9.5 from Unhausen junction to Wommen semi-interchange involves reducing the road width from 8.00 m (RQ 11) to 6.50 m (RQ 9.5) over a length of approx. 4.3 km, as well as the partial demolition at the junction of the closed Wommen HAS. The area is classified as "free of unexploded ordnance"; survey documents and a utility cadastre are available. The demolition is planned unilaterally, and the exploration of the structure will cover the entire width of the traffic area. 50 core drillings are calculated for boreholes in the roadway. In addition to the planning services according to HOAI 2021, Annex 1, Point 1.3, services for the supervision of drilling work are to be provided.
