Environmental Impact Assessment and Decision for Modernization Works on the Border Oder

Obtaining environmental decisions and further approvals for the modernization works on the Border Oder (1B.2 Stage I and Stage II): Conducting a natural inventory and preparing a unified EIA report as a basis for a new environmental decision. Documentation must comply with the 'Guidelines for obtaining environmental decisions and submitting notifications under Art. 118 of the Nature Protection Act' (attachments to Order No. 18/2024 of the President of PGW Wody Polskie dated May 24, 2024). Optional services include extending the natural inventory area, updating the inventory and report if administrative procedures exceed the validity of field data, and preparing additional reports or technical expertises.
