Update of water law reports for Połczyn Zdrój and Dzierżęcinka reservoirs

Update of a water law report and a water management instruction: The water law report is required for applying for a water permit for water services, including the impoundment and retention of surface waters of the Dzierżęcinka river using existing water structures in the section km 12+058 – 12+800 (including weir and dam at km 12+058), the abstraction and discharge of surface waters, and special water use to ensure the functioning of fish migration devices. The water management instruction is required for applying for a water permit for the impoundment of surface waters by means of the aforementioned impounding structure, describing the water management method and the satisfaction of the needs of all users benefiting from the affected water structures, in accordance with the requirements of the regulation of August 21, 2019, on the scope of water management instructions.
