Building maintenance work on tubular frame doors: for the buildings of University Hospital Münster in Münster (Albert-Schweitzer-Straße, Rishon-le-Zion-Ring, Robert-Koch-Straße, Vesaliusweg, Niels-Stensen-Straße, Tondernstraße, Schmeddingstraße, Von-Esmarch-Straße, Horstmarer Landweg) and UKM MHS properties in Borghorst and Emsdetten. The contract duration starts after award and initially ends on April 1, 2028, with an automatic one-year extension if not terminated, until April 1, 2029, at the latest. The estimated net contract value for a 2-year term is 300,000.00 EUR.
