Support Services for DocBridge Production-Suite

Support services for the DocBridge Production Suite: Consulting on the use and application of Compart tools, support for updating Compart tools to Pilot version at least 4.x, configuration of the Mailoptimizer module for digital franking with DPAG, implementation of the Postal-Optimization-Module, collaboration in the creation and further development of technical concepts, planning, design, setup, and upgrade of Compart DocBridge system environments, technical consulting and error analysis, customizing of DPAG-View and Reporting module, creation of operating scripts and reports, optimization of infrastructures, analysis, planning, and creation of process-specific automated printing processes with Docbridge Pilot, creation of special configurations for the external spooling system Canon Prismaproduction, analysis, planning, and creation of process-specific data preparation and conversions with Docbridge Mill, and coaching for output management operations staff. The services concern approximately 50 different printing processes using Docbridge Pilot 4.1, Docbridge Mill 2020-09, DocBridge Post-Optimization-Module 3.2, and Mailoptimizer 5.12 on virtual servers with Suse Linux Enterprise Server.
