Consumables for Transfusion Diagnostics

Supply of consumables for transfusion diagnostics: Delivery is to be made successively upon the client's request to the agreed delivery locations within a maximum of 5 calendar days after the request. The contract duration is 12 months. Delivery commences after the expiry of existing contracts (Groups 1-4 until 31.8.2026, Group 5 until 6.10.2026). Quantities are estimated according to the bill of quantities; the client is not obliged to purchase the entire estimated quantity. For groups 1, 2, 3, and 4, obligations regarding the free-of-charge provision of devices are specified in the bill of quantities. Delivery notes for these groups consist of a main part (test names and prices for invoicing) and a secondary part (free-of-charge items included in the test price). A separate contract for the free-of-charge use of each provided device will be concluded; the supplier must notify the device delivery date in writing at least 3 days in advance. All supplied medical products must be marketable in Croatia, meet essential requirements, have a conformity assessment, and be CE marked (according to the Medical Devices Act NN 76/13).
