Catering Services for Educational and Social Institutions in Törökbálint

Catering services: Preparation of ready meals in the contractor's own facility, daily and per-portion delivery to educational, childcare, and social institutions in Törökbálint. This includes the delivery of diet and food allergy ready meals according to regulation 37/2014 (IV.30.) EMMI, as well as the removal of food waste at least 3 times a week. A deviation of +/- 25% from the indicative quantities is at the contractor's risk. The contractor must provide an IT catering module and make monthly menus (normal, diet, special) electronically available by the 5th day of the preceding month. Daily energy requirements per age group must comply with regulation 37/2014 (IV. 30.) EMMI, Section 5 (2)-(2a) and Annex 3. Self-service systems are to be operated at 2045 Törökbálint, Óvoda u. 6. (Bálint Márton Primary School and Gymnasium) and 2045 Törökbálint, Dózsa Gy.u.15. (Zimándy Ignác Primary School – upper grades), with the quantity for self-service catering being 443.93 persons/day. An “Ízbázis” (Flavor Base) program must be implemented once a month at self-service locations to playfully educate children on healthy eating. For social catering, pre-portioned, single-serving, sealed, shock-frozen, and chilled ready meals must be delivered, ensuring compliance with all food safety and temperature regulations during production, packaging, storage, and transport. further items as per the tender documents.
