Healthcare Solutions for Healthy Hub 2026

Healthcare solutions for supply contracts or software license agreements with healthcare relevance according to SGB V and/or XI with health and/or long-term care insurance funds: hybrid, classic, or purely digital solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency in healthcare, extending beyond standard care. A comprehensible care pathway or overall care concept is required, potentially involving third parties, evidenced by a Letter of Intent (LOI) or contract. Solutions must be suitable for use by insured persons and possess the maturity level for a pilot project under real conditions, potentially with required medical device certification. Excluded are purely technical platforms, administrative process optimization solutions, listed digital health applications (DiGA) of standard care according to § 33a SGB V (unless part of special care according to § 140a SGB V), primary prevention according to § 20 SGB V, and business models based solely on data acquisition and sale. A maximum of 15 applicants will be selected for a pitch.
