Management of Early Childhood Services for Charbonnières-les-Bains

Management of early childhood services: Public service delegation in the form of a lease agreement for the early childhood service in Charbonnières-les-Bains, comprising an EAJE facility with 42 places and a kindergarten with 21 places. The contract is concluded for an initial period of two and a half years, i.e., 30 months, from March 1, 2027, to August 31, 2029. The contract is then renewable twice for a period of one year each, from September 1, 2029, to August 31, 2030, and then from September 1, 2030, to August 31, 2031. The total potential duration of the contract is therefore four and a half years, i.e., 54 months. The municipality may waive renewal by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, to be received by the delegate no later than February 28 of the year of the concerned renewal.
