Recycling and disposal of street sweepings: A central contact person and a representative must be named. The facility or transfer station must be located in the vicinity of Duisburg, maximum 25 km (as the crow flies) from the DU-Hochfeld depot, Zur Kupferhütte 10, 47053 Duisburg. The facility must allow immediate tipping of street sweepings delivered in containers; intermediate storage is not permitted. All waste must be recorded on an officially calibrated scale and documented by a weighbridge ticket. A copy of the weighbridge ticket must be handed to the driver upon return. The weighbridge ticket must include the date and time of delivery, vehicle registration, name and address of the facility, waste type with AVV number and category, origin of the waste, gross weight, and net weight. The recorded weights form the basis for monthly invoices.
