Documentation of evidence and acceptance of public areas with VTA Leipzig before and after construction completion; application and deregistration of approx. 20 special uses/traffic regulations; traffic safety for construction areas in public spaces according to traffic regulations; control of traffic-regulating measures according to traffic regulations and legal requirements; 5 cable bridges; 5 temporary sidewalk crossings made of steel plates, approx. 170 m²; construction fence, approx. 100 m; 5 tree protection devices; concrete repair and colorless hydrophobization of external wall elements with gravel surface, approx. 6,300 m²; cleaning and repair of element joints, approx. 4,300 m; concrete repair and coating of 100 existing balconies, 15 external staircases, 15 house entrances, and building plinths (smooth concrete), approx. 400 m²; cladding of loggia glazing and window sills; installation of nesting boxes; plumbing work: renewal of rain deflector sheets on 100 existing balconies and renewal of external window sills, approx. 900 m; masonry work: construction of fire protection walls in the basement and collector corridor.
