Expert pool for project preparation and activation: Provision of expert services for companies in the Tampere region to support the application for international and national funding, application preparation, and consortium formation in security, defense, and dual-use technologies. This includes identifying and evaluating funding opportunities, application process support, content and technical application preparation, advice on de minimis aid, and support for consortium building and partner identification. Services can target individual companies (de minimis aid) or multiple companies (e.g., presentations, workshops). Key funding channels include the European Defence Fund (EDF), the DIANA program, Business Finland funding, and other EU funding for defense and dual-use technologies.
