Maintenance of a Linear Accelerator (Model: Clinac iX) for Osijek Clinical Hospital Center

Maintenance of medical devices: Comprehensive maintenance of medical devices and equipment from the manufacturer „Varian Medical Systems“ at the Osijek Clinical Hospital Center for 3 years. This includes 3 preventive services annually for the linear accelerator „Varian Clinac iX“, remote support (Smart Connect), on-site service support including travel costs, all spare parts for the „Clinac iX“ including vacuum tubes, software maintenance with updates, measures to increase functional safety, function, quality, and safety checks of all equipment, delivery and installation of parts for regular maintenance, and rental of special tools. Unlimited on-call service interventions with fault diagnosis and repair according to factory instructions, adjustments according to factory regulations, a response time of maximum 24 hours (excluding weekends/holidays), and installation of all spare parts (except those requiring exclusive installation by manufacturer's personnel). The procurement and delivery of all necessary spare parts for repair with installation are included, with a warranty of 6 months from the installation date. Excluded are third-party products such as stabilizers, UPS, and consumables, as well as the validation of dosimetry equipment (IBA).
