Audi Aréna Győr (11,608 m²): Maintenance of 41 electrical sub-distribution cabinets (1x/year), 255 outdoor lights (1x/year), 1 general lighting network (1x/year), 1 safety lighting network (1x/year), 1 fire alarm network (2x/year), 1 RWA system (2x/year), 347 sports lights (1x/year). 2. Aqua Sport Center (11,120 m²): Maintenance of 45 electrical sub-distribution cabinets (1x/year), 40 outdoor lights (1x/year), 1 general lighting network (1x/year), 1 safety lighting network (2x/year), 1 fire alarm network (2x/year), 1 RWA system (2x/year), 136 sports lights (1x/year), 1 access control system (2x/year). 3. Olympic Sports Park (22,554 m²): Maintenance of 67 electrical sub-distribution cabinets (2x/year), 1 general lighting network (1x/year), 9 safety lighting networks (2x/year), 3 fire alarm networks (2x/year), RWA systems: 8 RWA centers (athletics, 2x/year), 15 RWA controlled devices (athletics, 2x/year), 24 RWA centers (MU,TO,J,Foyer, 2x/year), 46 RWA controlled devices (MU,TO,J,E, 2x/year), 8 sports lighting systems (1x/year). 4. Magyar Vilmos Swimming Pool (2,623 m²): Maintenance of 12 electrical sub-distribution cabinets (1x/year), 14 outdoor lights (1x/year), 1 general lighting network (1x/year), 1 safety lighting network (2x/year), 30 sports lights (1x/year). 5. Visitor Center (690 m²): Maintenance of 5 electrical sub-distribution cabinets (1x/year), 1 electrical distribution cabinet (1x/year), 7 outdoor lights (1x/year), 1 general lighting network (1x/year). 6. Kálóczy Square Sports Center (1,120 m²): Maintenance of 3 electrical sub-distribution cabinets (1x/year), 2 electrical distribution cabinets (1x/year), 1 safety lighting system (2x/year), 1 general lighting network (2x/year), 1 outdoor lighting system (1x/year). Services also include providing on-call duty for fault resolution and events, including weekends, holidays, and night work. The contract comprises lump-sum and itemized tasks. For itemized tasks, orders can be placed up to a maximum value of 60,000,000 HUF + VAT over 2 years. Orders are based on the offered hourly rate and material costs for spare parts.
