Maintenance, Repair, and Installation of Security and Locking Systems for University of Helsinki Group Properties: Services include maintenance and repair of security and locking systems, as well as installation of security systems for major renovations. This covers locking, access control, intruder alarm, video surveillance, and intercom systems, along with other security systems for approximately 500,000 m² of floor space in the Keskusta, Kumpula, Viikki, and Meilahti areas of Helsinki. The procurement is divided into two lots: 1) security systems and 2) locking systems. Three suppliers will be selected for each lot under a framework agreement, which does not create a purchase obligation for the client. Framework agreements for maintenance and small repairs will be concluded with Helsingin yliopiston kiinteistöpalvelut Oy under JYSE Palvelut 2025, while framework agreements for large repairs, investment projects, and installations will be concluded with Helsingin yliopisto, Helsingin yliopistokiinteistöt Oy, and Helsingin yliopiston rahastot under YSE 1998. Maintenance and repair work will be awarded based on ranking, while larger works and installations exceeding national thresholds will be awarded via mini-competitions. The target contract start date is 17.10.2026.
