Maintenance and Development of Softlab ERP System: Support and maintenance of the system in financial accounting, HR and payroll, asset management, and reporting areas; provision of development services, system integration, a dedicated ticketing system, monthly reporting on request handling and SLA compliance, a dedicated team, preparation of activity descriptions for ticket handling, administrator training as needed, and support from 8:00 to 16:00 on working days. Services are to be provided for a period of 48 months starting January 1, 2027. The contractor must be a certified ABS partner.
