Maintenance and Repair of Elevator Systems for the University of National and World Economy (UNWE)

Subscription maintenance and repair of a total of 10 elevator systems in buildings A, B, K, G, D, Z, and I of the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) in Sofia. This includes 4 electric passenger elevators (KONE, 400 kg/4 persons, 1.0 m/s, 6 stops; 525 kg/6 persons, 1 m/s, 6 stops) in buildings A and B; 1 electric passenger elevator (ORONA, 1,250 kg/16 persons, 1.0 m/s, 6 stops) in building K; and 5 further elevators in buildings G, D, Z, and I, including 2 electric passenger elevators (Technos, 500 kg/6 persons, 1.0 m/s, 6 stops), 1 hydraulic passenger elevator (Lift Group Aspect 1, 450 kg/6 persons, 0.63 m/s, 3 stops), and 2 freight elevators (one in the University Library, one in the Canteen-Restaurant, 2 stops). The monthly subscription fee per elevator must not exceed 200.00 EUR (for Lots 1 and 2) or a total of 650.00 EUR (for Lot 3). Additional repairs outside the subscription maintenance are compensated according to agreed pricing parameters. The contract duration is 2 years, with different start dates for the lots (25.10.2026 or 19.12.2026).
