License Renewal for Comprehensive Endpoint Protection Solution for UNWE

License renewal for the use and warranty maintenance of the SentinelOne Singularity Platform software (Complete level) and the manufacturer's Vigilance Respond MDR services. The license rights cover the protection of 1,000 workstations and 100 servers for a period of 36 months. Warranty maintenance for the SentinelOne Singularity Platform (Complete level) must be provided for 36 months from the date of the handover protocol for the licenses. The contractor must respond to fault reports (by phone, email) within 4 hours on working days and provide daily status updates if an immediate resolution is not possible. Technical support is available by phone, email, and/or web interface. A customer service center with 24/7 operating hours is required, with a reaction time for problem registration of up to 30 minutes and a deadline of up to 3 working days for providing a temporary solution (workaround). The ability to escalate issues to the software manufacturer, as well as to accept service requests and perform maintenance activities with escalation procedures, must be ensured. The contract duration is 3 years from the signing of the handover protocol for the licenses.
